The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. 簡姓男子有多項吸毒被逮前科，好不容易戒毒7年後，日前在基隆巧遇以往損友，並在其慫恿下，竟意志不堅的收下一包安非他命準備回家施用，當他騎車行經仁三、愛一路口時，遭員警發現行跡可疑而攔下盤查，隨後被搜出藏在牛仔褲口袋內毒品，再度被警依毒品害防制條例送辦。
警方調查，簡姓男（51歲）有多筆毒品刑案紀錄，日前晚間騎車經基隆仁三、愛一路口時，見巡邏員警經過神情慌張還不時回頭查看而引起警懷疑，於是延平街派出所巡佐黃正義、警員陳志宇遂驅前攔下盤查，經其同意當場在其牛仔褲右側口袋查獲安非他命1小包。
簡嫌在被帶回偵訊供稱，已戒毒7年了，但在被逮前巧遇以前的吸毒損友，在損友的慫恿下，就收下了他送的安非他命毒品，準備回家施用，沒想到還沒返家就遭警方查獲逮捕，真是後悔莫及，警訊後將簡嫌依違反毒品危害防制條例移送基隆地檢署偵辦。

這到底算不算殺人罪？桃園一名丁姓女毒蟲因為拒絕警方逮捕，情急下猛踩油門倒車逃竄，造成一位7歲女童慘死輪下，一審法院依殺人罪判丁女16年、在旁指使的劉男判9年，2人不服上訴，二審高等法院今（14）日開庭，丁女在法庭上辯稱是過失致死，強調自己沒有殺人。
桃園警方去年4月在夜市盤查毒販時，被一旁剛吸毒的丁女發現，丁女一驚之下猛踩油門，不顧夜市內人潮眾多，倒車逃竄，不幸輾斃一名7歲女童。警方隨後在三峽逮捕丁女。
案子送到桃園地方法院時，法官認為丁女應該知道倒車撞到攤位後，持續倒車會造成人員傷亡，卻仍倒車逃離，導致女童慘死輪下，認定有「不確定殺人之故意」，重判丁女16年徒刑、在旁指使倒車的劉姓通緝犯則判9年，2人不服上訴。
二審高院開庭時，丁女供稱當時倒車沒看到小孩，所以才繼續倒車，不幸奪去女童性命，強調自己是過失致死，不是殺人；劉男則答辯沒有指使丁女倒車。2人均稱和對方只是朋友關係。
丁女委任律師說，丁女當時的倒車行為，純粹是為了避免在旁的劉男被警方逮捕，況且女童年紀、個子小，丁女倒車時沒看見合情合理，丁女也不認識女童，和她沒有仇恨，不應被判殺人罪；劉男委任律師則說，丁女事發前有吸毒行為，劉男當時十分驚慌，不可能指使丁女倒車撞死女童。
